I work collaboratively with young adults, individuals and couples to design personalized pathways for clarity, healing and growth. I offer telehealth appointments for folks in California, Illinois, and New York states and in-person sessions in Oak Park, Illinois.
About
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist living and working outside of Chicago. My approach is highly collaborative. Drawing from an extensive background in psychotherapy, somatic therapy, relational gestalt, creative exploration and mind-body interventions, I tailor sessions to meet each client where they are. I am also a working parent, committed partner, slow jogging enthusiast, lit-lover, creative writer, community member and friend.
